Michael Enjoying the Fun of T-Ball

Michael had a wonderful 1st night of T-ball. He received his coveted #6 t-shirt and hat. He made fast friends first with a pretty little blond (see #1 in last picture!) and he got to run the bases, throw to 1st base and hit off the tee. He likes Coach Eric and said the night was "wonderful"...aaaaahhhh!
Michael is READY FOR T-BALL!

Memorial Day Weekend @ Lake Boedingheimer

The boys and I headed out to my aunt and uncle's lake home situated on Lake Boedingheimer in Perham, MN. Kevin was busy installing ceramic tile in the basement at the Wadena house so we escaped and enjoyed a beautiful day. We helped pick up the yard, we played on the pontoon, we had a picnic...we just loved it. Thanks to Karen and Jerry for letting us come over and have our first true taste of summer!

I'm Back!
After much much too long...I'm back! I promise I will try my best to update this blog on a more regular basis. After looking at my friend Lauren's blog (The Skipper Family), I saw that I was definitely lagging in the blog updates and blog look. So, I stole from her yet again and got myself a "blog background"....and a scrapbook one at that!
I knew that I needed to get back to my "virtual scrapbooking" after showing Michael some cute videos and pictures of himself and Justin. He loved every minute of it! I can't believe it will be two years in May that I started this blog. Wow. Life speeds by....enjoy every minute of it.
My recent networking addiction has been Facebook. If you're not on it then you're lucky...you are sparing yourself endless hours of doing nothing but looking at status updates, pictures, wall posts and "pokes". It's become an addiction. The amazing thing is that I've been able to reconnect with people that I have not seen or heard from in 15-20 years!
Back to the Damm Family Blog...look for new posts coming soon. I hope you all enjoy...especially our family and friends who are far away from us. We love you and miss you.

It's a Holly Jolly Christmas!
Sorry the video is crooked and too dark to see anything but it's the sweet sound of Michael's cute little voice that makes me smile. :)
